On behalf of the Willmar Fests Board and Committee Members, we invite you to join us in celebrating Willmar Fests 2008. The 2008 theme is “Celebrating Together”. Willmar is truly a melting pot of cultures, heritage, and traditions. We want to highlight all that Willmar has to offer as a community. As you may know, this four-day event includes a wide array of family activities including; the Grande Day Parade, Queen’s Coronation and Ball, Beach Party, Fishing Derby, and much more.
The success of Willmar Fests would not be possible without the generous support of local sponsors. Each year thousands of people attend this family event, making it one of our community’s most cherished civic events, and an ideal promotional tool for your business.
The Willmar Fests Board and Committees are committed to the continued success and growth of this event. We have been working hard to improve the activities and events, as well as heighten the visibility of our contributors. As a result, sponsors of next year’s event will be highlighted through a wide variety of prominent event signage and increased media representation. Your business will also have the opportunity to provide sample products and/or coupon opportunities throughout the four-day event.
Enclosed you will find more detailed information on the wide variety of our updated sponsorship opportunities. We are certain one of the many sponsorship opportunities will be perfect for your business, and we hope you will consider participating in Willmar Fests 2008. With your support, Willmar Fests is certain to be the highlight of next summer.
Please feel free to contact me at 320-979-2268 if you have any questions regarding this opportunity. If you know at this time what your commitment will be for 2008, please complete the attached form and return in the envelope provided. We look forward to “Celebrating Together” in 2008! |
